What is the workout generator?
The free generator builds a training plan from your goals, training days and equipment. Free plans are generated in your browser and stay on your device, so you don't need an account.
What is the Converter?
The converter turns a spreadsheet training program into files for your training app (MacroFactor, Liftosaur, Hevy) or a printable sheet. It's included in Premium and Coach, and is no longer sold on its own. Earlier converter purchases keep working.
How do I sign in?
There's no password. Go to Sign in, enter your email and we'll email you a sign-in link. Each link works once and expires after 15 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or ask for a new one.
Where is my receipt, and why isn't Premium showing?
Stripe emails your receipt to the address you paid with. If Premium doesn't show, reload your Account page after a minute. Still missing? Email [email protected] with your receipt.
How do I get a refund for a website purchase?
For Premium or the Converter bought on the website, email [email protected] with your receipt. Refunds are paid back through Stripe, and a refund removes the purchase from your account.
How do I delete my website account?
On your Account page you can download your data and delete your account. Deleting removes your account, sessions, synced profile and plan, and uploaded training history.
Overachiever Coach app
What is Overachiever Coach?
An AI coach for training, food and supplements that answers from your own data. Coach costs €12/mo. Coach Voice costs €19/mo and adds voice coaching (fair use).
How do I get access?
Overachiever Coach is open to everyone aged 16 and over. It's on iPhone and the web, with the same account on both. Start by signing in at Overachiever Coach on the web with Apple, Google or email.
How does Coaching work?
Coaching lets one person coach another in Overachiever Coach. Invite an athlete with a single-use code. The athlete chooses what to share, area by area, and can pause or end Coaching at any time. Health data and progress photos are never shared. Coaching is included in Coach and Coach Voice, but the athlete needs their own plan or trial.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, one 14-day free trial per account. On the web, sign up and tap “Start 14-day trial”: the web trial covers Coach (text). On iPhone, Apple's free trial is offered for Coach or Coach Voice when your Apple ID is eligible. Trials don't stack: an account that has already had a trial or a subscription, on the App Store or on the web, doesn't get another one.
How much voice coaching is included?
Coach Voice includes voice coaching under a monthly fair-use allowance, counted in whole minutes. When the allowance is used up, voice stops until the next month.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions bought in the app are billed to your Apple ID and renew every month until you cancel. To change or cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Overachiever Coach. In the app you can also go to Settings › Subscription › Plans & pricing › Manage. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid the next charge. Subscriptions bought on the web are billed by Stripe and renew every month until you cancel: in the Coach web app, go to Settings › Subscription › Manage billing. Deleting your account cancels a web subscription, but not an App Store subscription.
How do I restore purchases?
Make sure your device is signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you subscribed with. Then, in the app, go to Settings › Subscription › Plans & pricing and tap Restore purchases.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings › Data & devices and tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your Coach account, your training and food data and your voice history, and signs you out on every device. It also deletes your overachiever.eu account and its purchase records. Stripe keeps its own payment records, as the law requires. To keep a copy, tap Download my data first. If you subscribed through the App Store, check in your Apple ID settings that the subscription is cancelled. You can also email [email protected] and we'll delete your account for you.
How do I get a refund for an App Store purchase?
Apple handles payments and refunds for purchases made in the app. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
